Getting ready for FS25 and MSFS24

With the release of Farming Simulator 25 looming on the horizon just 40 hours away, and the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 being 7 days behind that, it makes me think "Let's. Get. Ready!!!!!"
However, there is a unique and specific challenge when you are trying to get ready for the, almost, simultaneous release of the 2 largest simulator titles in recent times. And it begs worth asking the question of "which one do I focus on?"
Why not both? Simply stated, most people and designers of simulator rigs design them with one focus, or simulator, in mind. People have built and/or bought some extremely incredible and lavish simulator set ups since COVID-19 forced everyone into their homes. But very few, and I mean VERY few, of them are made for being able to quickly adapt to different focuses of sim games.
The hardest and most expensive thing to do is to transition from a rig that is set up for flying over to driving, or vice-versa. It requires totally different peripherals, controls, pedals, and placement of all such things.

Quick mounting a Turtle Beach Velocity One Flight Stick over top of a Logitech X56 HOTAS Throttle Quadrant allows a fast and easy swap between FS22 and MSFS.
Some people have been asking me from my YouTube channel or videos about where I disappeared to. The answer is I've been building, expanding, and doing a lot of trial and error for a simulator setup that I can quickly change over between different types of simulators. I am happy to report that I am on the right path with the addition of some new technologies including, scripts, programs, and some physical stuff like new peripherals and accessories.

Custom mounting an Elgato Stream Deck XL to the top of the Logitech X56 HOTAS Stick allows me to be able to control a lot of common game functions quickly and easily.
I am quickly trying (more like frantically, haha) to get everything fine tuned to be able to transition between FS25 and MSFS24 quickly and flawlessly. So be ready to see me back and posting videos about both once they release.
I will give you all a short preview about what I have been up to over the last year shortly.
Game on, DaveCN5
